SOE03-19 Cooperation Agreement signed with the Municipality of Prozor-Rama

The project is funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through the Stability Pact for South East Europe as a major donor.

Almin Adzovic, director of Help for BiH, said that “.We work in a way that through grants of € 2,000 we help business creation, or further development of businesses. With the signing of the Agreement today, we started the implementation of the project, which should last until the end of next year. We aim to help start-up or further development of 20 small businesses in the Prozor-Rama municipality. First there will be information campaign, then the application is submitted and then the clients will be selected. ”

Signing the Agreement, Mayor of Prozor – Rama, dr. Jozo Ivancevic, emphasized that it is good for German donors to recognize small municipalities and help people in these smaller towns. “Many incentive projects in starting and developing businesses are targeted at large manufacturers and firms, while small ones are somehow neglected. We, through municipal incentives for agriculture and other employment, are trying to help those the small firms. This Help Agreement will be a good way to step up our support for our family businesses, as well as expanding small businesses that aim at self-employment and employment from agriculture to tourism. Info campaign is expected soon, to which all interested parties will be invited, followed by a public call for applicants applications. If there is more interest, we will continue to work with Help in the coming year. ” said the mayor of the municipality dr. Ivančević.
