EU 4 Local Communities – improving conditions for vulnerable groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a project implemented by HELP e.v. in partnership with the CPCD organization.

The goals of the project activity is  the implementation of small and medium-sized interventions in local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, related to EU projects and/or EU policies. This project will tangibly improve  lives of schooling children, young and senior  citizens, minorities as well as the most vulnerable groups living in local communities through reconstruction  and adaptation interventions as well as through provision of needed equipment.
