Reference numbers:
PBIH-SOE10-23-24-SUP001 (agricultural machinery and tools) and,
PBIH-SOE10-23-24-SUP007 (craft machines and tools)
for the procurement of agricultural machinery and agricultural equipment as well as craft machinery and tools within the project “Inclusion and economic empowerment in the Western Balkans”, which is financed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, implemented by the German non-governmental organization Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V.
The invitation to tender refers to the procurement, transportation and delivery of agricultural machinery and equipment as well as craft machinery and tools for project users in the cities of Zavidovići, Gračanica and Doboj.
All legal entities registered in BiH for the performance of the activity in question have the right to participate.
Help e.V. reserves the right to select the most favorable offers for individual items or the LOT as a whole.
All legal entities interested and registered for the procurement and delivery of the mentioned goods are invited to download the complete tender file and submit their offer in accordance with the required conditions from the tender documentation, which you can download until 07.08.2023, by sending a request to e-mail: help. bosnia@help.org.ba
The deadline for submitting sealed bids is August 15, 2023. (Tuesday) until 12:00 p.m. at the address Kolodvorska 10. The bid opening will be organized on 17.08.2023 at 1 p.m. with the possibility of the presence of authorized representatives of the bidders.
