Last week, we signed a contract with the construction company ADAPT 12 from Mostar, and soon everything will be ready for the establishment of a new Education Center for Mountain Rescue Services. HGSS Čapljina is a member of the international associations ICAR and ECRA, placing them at the forefront of the global network that shares knowledge and resources for mountain and cave rescue operations.
The establishment of the Education Center is being implemented as part of the “EU for Local Communities” project, funded by the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina and carried out by the Center for Civil Society Promotion and Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. BH.
