The German organization Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe BiH, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has provided essential equipment to the population affected by floods in the municipalities of Konjic and Jablanica.
Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe BiH recognized the efforts and dedication of SOS Bihać volunteers by procuring work uniforms to ensure their safety while working continuously to clear the flooded area in Donja Jablanica.
With the support of local municipal services, the Civil Protection of Konjic and Jablanica, and the Mountain Rescue Service Konjic, generators and dehumidifiers donated by Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe BiH have been secured and are available for use upon request by the local population. This assistance enables affected families to prevent further damage to flooded homes and restore living conditions in their households.
